BOC Address Control File Crosswalk

Description

This dataset provides a crosswalk for the Address Control File. The Address Control File (ACF) is a nationwide inventory of all living quarters enumerated during the 1990 Decennial Census of Population and Housing. Although somewhat out-of-date, the ACF is an important address source because it contains housing units that may not be mail delivery points.
