Description

This file contains addresses SSA SS5 original card addresses from the original application to receive a Social Security Card as a supplement to the Numident. This dataset requires approval from SSA and an SSA Data Request Form.

All restrictions on use of the Census Numident apply to the SSA SS5 data. For more information, see RDG #4004.
