The data is used to collect the National Sample Survey of Registered Nurses. The 2022 data has nursing data for those who had their license issued in Alabama, DC, Illinois, Nevada or New York. The 2021 data contains those who had their license issued in Arkansas, Delaware, DC, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
